    • Driving
      • Alamo is the best and cheapest option for car rentals. Also check www.carrentals.com, www.rentalcars.com, and www.hotwire.com.
      • Uber also available for on-demand rides
  3. Pay your tournament entry fees (due Friday, April 14th, by noon EST)
    • All tournament invoices will be in your Nextgengolf account AFTER you submit your tournament form. Any invoicing questions or issues can be directed to your Zone Manager or champ@nccga.org:

  4. Set team's lineup (due Wednesday, April 19th, by noon EST)
    • Make sure your entire team has completely filled out their Nextgengolf profile including name, email, phone, picture, and social media accounts. We may need to contact players during the course of play for emergencies and/or tournament updates.
  5. Review general tournament info and schedule
  6. Share your story about making it to Nationals – Email champ@nccga.org. We would love to use it on social media and in blogs previewing the tournament.

Cost and Details

$375 per person for a team of 8, which includes the following:

  • Friday and Saturday night lodging at the Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa (2 rooms each night)
    • Additional rooms are available for $130 a night
    • Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am
  • Championship Rounds Saturday and Sunday
    • 1 round at Arlington Course and 1 round at Park Course
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
  • Tournament gift bags including: Srixon Z-STAR golf balls, National Championship t-shirt, commemorative glass, & more
  • Awards and prizes
  • Friday Night Kick-Off Party: Driving Range demo night, grand raffle (with more than $2500 worth in prizes), contests, team photos, and food.
  • Tournament costs are inclusive of fees, gratuities & AR State Taxes
    • *Note: Teams of less than 8 will be charged additional due to lodging costs being split between less people. Complete the form and we will send over an invoice total.

Not Included

  • Transportation - Transportation to and from the airport and golf course are not provided. Uber and renting a car are the best options for teams not driving. THERE WILL BE NO SHUTTLES.
  • Additional Lodging - The tournament package for teams includes 2 rooms for Friday night, and 2 rooms for Saturday night. Any additional rooms or nights can be requested, and are an additional $130 per room/night.
  • Practice Rounds - Practice rounds are NOT included, and can be scheduled directly with the golf course by calling 501-623-4981. Practice rounds on Thursday and Friday are $55 (walking) or $75 (riding).
    • Practice rounds are first-come, first-serve and are subject to availability. Teams and individuals are recommended to book practice rounds ASAP to ensure availability.

Preliminary Tournament Schedule

  • Thursday-Friday– Player arrival and practice rounds. Practice rounds are NOT included, and can be scheduled directly with the golf course by calling 501-623-4981. Practice rounds are $55 (walking) or $75 (riding on Thursday-Friday.
    • Practice rounds are first-come, first-serve.
  • Friday
    • 7:00 - 6:00 pm - Practice rounds
    • 4:30 - 7:30 pm – Friday Night Kick-Off Party at the Driving Range.
  • Saturday
    • 9:30 am - Driving range and practice greens open
    • 10:30 am - Team photos at practice green
    • 11:30 am – Tournament begins (double-tee start on both courses)
    • Post-Round - Tournament Scoring
  • Sunday
    • 6:30 am - Driving range and practice greens open
    • 7:30 am – Tournament begins (double-tee start on both courses)
    • Post-Round - Tournament Scoring
