The NCCGA Central Region kicked off its inaugural season last spring with its founding members Missouri, Southeast Missouri State, and Saint Louis University. As a late change it merged with the western part of the NCCGA Midwest Region picking up Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and Purdue.
With another Regional shift this semester, the new look NCCGA Central picked up Iowa, Iowa State, Washington University in Saint Louis, Truman State and Kansas who are all new members to the NCCGA.
The Central Region’s most veteran teams only have one semester of NCCGA experience under their belt but they are looking to be a national powerhouse. Iowa State, Missouri, and Saint Louis University are all bringing two teams to each of their Regional Tournaments. None of the Central teams have any NCCGA Nationals experience. It’s sure to be a shootout in the central region of America.
